JHB 920 - Counter Parts Sales Specialist Automotive Brake & Clutch
Our client a trusted manufacturer of high-quality brake and clutch components for the automotive aftermarket urgently requires an experienced Counter Parts Sales Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical sales support within the brake and clutch components sector.
The successful candidate will have a strong automotive parts background, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct components.
Remuneration: R10 000 – R13 000 (depending on experience) + Commission + Provident fund + Annual bonus
- Assist customers at the sales counter with parts enquiries and quotations
- Identify and recommend suitable brake and clutch components
- Process sales orders, invoices, and customer transactions
- Manage stock enquiries and support inventory control processes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide technical advice and product information
- Liaise with workshop, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive parts sales
- Proven experience within the automotive aftermarket industry
- Strong knowledge of brake and clutch components
- Experience working with Sage an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Motor Industry experience Essential!
