JHB 909 - Qualified Premium Brand Technician
A high-volume premium vehicle dealership is seeking a Qualified Premium Brand Technician to join its dynamic workshop team. The successful candidate will be a trade-qualified technician with current dealership experience and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced, high volume and stressful environment.
Only candidates with a recognised technical qualification, premium dealership experience, and a stable employment record will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Conduct accurate diagnostics and fault finding
- Complete work within allocated labour times while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure all job cards and related documentation are completed accurately
- Adhere to dealership and manufacturer processes and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Red Seal Motor Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician
- Experience working within a premium/luxury vehicle dealership environment
- Experience with premium brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, Porsche, or similar luxury marques
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume workshop
- Excellent technical and mechanical skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Stable and consistent employment history with proven longevity in previous roles
