Hosted at Gallagher Convention Centre, the exhibition will once again serve as a meeting point for suppliers, workshop operators, distributors, retailers and fleet professionals looking to source products, explore new technologies and strengthen business relationships.

This year's event will feature products and services spanning parts and components, repair and maintenance equipment, workshop management solutions, vehicle care products and electronics. Businesses involved in electric vehicle and hybrid technologies will also have a visible presence as the industry continues to adapt to changing vehicle trends.

“Automechanika Johannesburg brings local and international industry professionals together to explore products, meet suppliers and discuss the issues shaping the automotive aftermarket,” says Michael Dehn, Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt South Africa.

In addition to the exhibition, a series of focused conferences will provide visitors with practical insights into current industry challenges. Topics on the agenda include diesel fuel quality, remanufacturing trends, cooling systems, transport infrastructure, logistics and future workforce requirements.

The show floor will also feature live demonstrations designed to showcase products and technical expertise. Among the highlights is a live vehicle assembly project that will allow visitors to watch key components being fitted and removed in real time.

For workshop owners and technicians, the Motor Industry Workshop Association's SpannerTorque Pavilion will offer opportunities to engage directly with industry participants and learn more about developments within the sector.

Business networking remains a central part of the event, with a dedicated matchmaking platform helping visitors arrange meetings before arriving.

“With opening day approaching, industry professionals are encouraged to register, review the conference programme and complete their matchmaking profiles,” says Michael.

The combination of exhibitions, technical content and networking opportunities continues to make Automechanika Johannesburg one of the most important dates on the South African automotive calendar.
