“Our immediate plans for the dealership are to build strong personal relationships with our customers and offer a superior customer service,” says Van Deventer.

A dedicated Service Centre ensures that repairs, services and maintenance work are being expertly carried out on all Citroën vehicles.
“We are also focusing on aftersales and sales services to gain our customers’ confidence in the Citroën brand, and we aim to improve the turnaround time in providing parts and service so that we can exceed our customer’s expectations and increase customer satisfaction,” says Van Deventer.
