Lexus took to the Internet to celebrate its top dealers for 2019 and awarded Lexus Bloemfontein, part of the Unitrans Group, as its top dealer
The Dealer Principal, Jonathan Stephenson, says Lexus Bloemfontein has shown extreme dedication to customer experience and satisfaction.
“The team goes out of its way to show guests just how much their business means to it. The dealership exceeded all its targets in 2019 giving it a massive lead over the rest,” says Stephenson.
This was repeated by Lexus South Africa, which noted that Stephenson and his team have performed well in advance of the industry and their peers; despite the fact that the luxury market took a beating in 2019.
“We try to give the best possible deals to our customers, even if we are not the cheapest. But we surely are the best in service and price. One thing that cannot change is the relationship that will last for ever,” says Stephenson.
Stephenson goes on to thank his team at Lexus Bloemfontein for their dedication and making this prestigious award possible. “We should also not forget all the support from our customers, showing how proud they are to be associated with Lexus Bloemfontein.”
