
Absa, NADA sign formal partnership agreement
Absa has taken another step towards becoming the bank of the auto industry by signing a formal collaboration agreement with the National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA).

Hyundai Automotive South Africa has been recognised and awarded the 2025 Best Distributor of the Year Award at the Hyundai Motor Company Global Service Seminar held in Delhi, India.
Key factors and criteria of the award included quality improvement, warranty and service processes as well as dealer support. In addition, the company was commended for its Net Promotor Score improvement (NPS): a customer experience metric used to measure customer loyalty by gauging how likely a customer is to recommend a company, product or service.
“This accolade is borne out of better co-ordination, functioning like a well-oiled engine, commitment to excellence and exceptional performance all-round. Every gear in our system plays a crucial role in driving our success,” stated Michael Rohde, Hyundai Automotive South Africa After-sales Director.
“This accolade reflects the tireless efforts of our entire after-sales Team and the collaborative relationships we have with our dealer network. Whether it is ensuring quicker turnaround times, enhancing parts availability or strengthening our technical expertise, the focus remains on creating a harmonious synergy that benefits both our team and our customers,” Michael highlighted.
Commenting on this recognition, Stanley Anderson, Sales and Operations Director at Hyundai Automotive South Africa underscored the importance of continuous customer satisfaction, considering the highly competitive South African automobile market.
