The dealership sold an unprecedented 300 vehicles in November, surpassing its own previous record of 265 vehicle sales. This exceptional performance comes against the backdrop of an industry where monthly dealership sales typically range between 40 and 100 vehicles, making Hyundai Pinetown’s achievement a standout milestone in the national motoring industry.
Dealerfloor reported earlier this year on the dealership’s success under die leadership of Dealer Principal, Sydney Francis, for, also receiving the award as the best performing Hyundai dealership in the world.
Sidney tells Dealerfloor he is extremely excited about the dealership’s latest success hitting the 300 mark in monthly sales with 175 units (previous best was around 140 units) on the new vehicle side and the balance was used vehicles. “Breaking the 300 sales mark in a month, is a proud and humbling moment for our entire team.
“The success can be attributed to a great team and leaders who are driven. Product knowledge, a need-analysis for the customer, and on-time delivery, are but a few of the arrows in our quiver.
“This result is the outcome of consistent hard work; an engaged and motivated staff complement and the trust our customers place in us every day. We are grateful for their support and remain committed to delivering more exceptional service,” he says.
Stanley Anderson, CEO of Hyundai Automotive South Africa, extended his congratulations. “Hyundai Pinetown has once again demonstrated what is possible when passion, discipline and customer focus come together,” he says.
“This dealership has earned numerous awards over the years, yet instead of resting on its achievements, it continues to push harder and setting new benchmarks. The dealership’s November performance is nothing short of exceptional, and we are incredibly proud of the entire team!”
