The retail motor industry witnessed a celebration of excellence at the prestigious 2023 MSXi | NADA Dealership of the Year Awards.
Hosted as part of the culminating event of the impactful #NADA Dealer Connect 2024, the black-tie affair in Johannesburg welcomed business owners, sponsors, Dealer Principals, NADA and RMI executives for an exclusive evening of recognition and camaraderie.
The awards ceremony, orchestrated to honour exceptional performance within automotive dealerships, serves as the sole independent validation of dealership profitability. MSX International (MSXi) meticulously measures the financial performance of more than 1 000 South African franchised dealers, spotlighting the top performers across five distinct categories: Commercial Vehicle Dealership, Independent Dealership, Unlisted Group, Listed Group and Luxury Group Dealership.

The pinnacle of the evening is the highly respected MSXi | NADA Dealership of the Year Award, selected from the top achievers across these five categories. This year, the top title went to BB Tzaneen Ford, represented by Paul Roets.
Additionally, the event featured the presentation of the Most Improved Performance Group Member award, a category venerable in its existence prior to the inception of the Dealership Awards. Dealers in this group undergo a thorough evaluation over a two-year period.
