Jetour South Africa hosted its inaugural Dealer of the Year Awards on Tuesday night, bringing together its national dealer network of nearly 60 dealerships.
“Here in South Africa, Jetour operates with a subsidiary-led, localised approach, focused not only on delivering high-quality products but also on ensuring exceptional service,” says Andy, Vice President of Jetour International.
Standout Dealer of the Year honours went to three dealerships, with Jetour Alberton winning Category A (large dealerships), Jetour Midrand winning Category B (medium dealerships) and Jetour Polokwane winning Category C (small dealerships).
These sought after accolades recognise outstanding all-round performance across sales, after-sales, customer experience and operational excellence. Alberton further strengthened its position as a top performer, also securing Sales Manager of the Year for Pieter Els and Dealer Principal of the Year for Dirkie Grobler.


Award categories reflect dealership size, with Category A representing large dealerships, Category B medium dealerships and Category C small dealerships.
Showroom excellence Award:
Recognises dealerships that deliver outstanding showroom experiences through strong presentation, design and customer engagement.
Technician of the Year:
Celebrates technicians who demonstrate exceptional skill, problem-solving ability and consistent technical excellence.
Parts Manager of the Year:

Service Manager of the Year:
Honours service managers who deliver strong operational performance, customer satisfaction and team leadership in aftersales.
Best Parts Dealer:
Honours top-performing dealers driving excellence and growth in parts sales, availability and distribution.
Best Digital and Social Media Marketing:
Celebrates dealerships that excel in generating leads and customer engagement through impactful digital and social media strategies.

Customer experience Excellence Award:
Recognises individuals or teams who consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust and loyalty.
Best Marketing Dealer Ward:
Honours dealerships that successfully translate marketing activity into strong engagement, lead generation and sales results.
Marketing Champion of the Year:
Recognises outstanding marketing leadership, innovation and execution across dealership marketing strategies.
Outstanding Dealer Group Award:
Recognises a dealer group that consistently demonstrates strong performance, innovation and operational excellence across all areas.
Trusted Partner Award:
Celebrates an external partner that has shown long-term commitment, collaboration and support to Jetour and its dealer network.
Rookie Dealer of the Year:
Honours a new dealership that has quickly delivered strong results and successfully established itself within the network.
Best Improve sales Executive:
Recognises sales executives who have shown significant growth, resilience and improvement in performance over the year
Top Sales Executive of the Year:
Celebrates the highest-performing sales executives based on outstanding sales results and consistent achievement.
Sales Manager of the Year:
Honours sales managers who demonstrate exceptional leadership and deliver strong team performance and sales growth.
Dealer Principal of the Year:
Recognises outstanding leadership at dealership level, driving overall performance, culture and business success.
