According to Service Manager, Fanie van Wyk, he has a top team that delivers customer satisfaction time and again.
“I find it important to expose everyone working in the workshop to the customers, since it assists them in resolving issues efficiently, swiftly and to the customers’ satisfaction,” he recently told Dealerfloor. “I salute them for their energy, experience, commitment and loyalty.”
Dealer Principal, Xolani Mkhwanazi, confirms this unequivocally: “Just last week the team, of its own accord, worked until 20:00 every night, just to make up the backlog in the workshop,” he said proudly.
“However, the way this team stepped up to the plate during hard lockdown, working tirelessly while everyone else was sitting at home, proved to me what I have in this team in terms of guts,” he said.
