Teamwork wins awards in Richards Bay and Umhlanga

Selling new luxury vehicles in coastal towns is not the easiest task on hand.

Audi Centre Umhlanga - Ashley Naicker

We asked three of the recent Audi Silver Awards winners what they ascribe their success to. They were among the 38 managers and executives recognised by Audi for their achievements during 2019. Two words kept cropping up in their replies: “we” and “team”.

At Audi Centre Umhlanga, Ashley Naicker is the New Vehicle Sales Executive winner in Category 3 and third overall salesman in SA in category 1, thanked God, family, clients and the team at Audi Centre Umhlanga, for all their continued support over the years.

His colleague, Rodney Reddy, who won the Audi Finance Service Award in Category 1, gave a big shout out to his sales team, who he believes are the people who made this achievement possible. “And to all our loyal clients and future clients, come visit us at Audi Umhlanga where you get only the best deals in our brand,” said Reddy.

At Audi Centre Richards Bay, Finance and Insurance Business Manager, Londeka Dubazane, said winning the top award for Audi’s Finance Service Award in Category 3 was the result of team synergy. “We at Audi Centre Richards Bay are eager to get you into a car of your dreams at low monthly repayments. As our slogan at Midbay Motors reads: ‘We don’t just sell you a vehicle, we help you buy a vehicle,” she said.
