Personalisation has been part of iCAUR's approach from the outset. Rather than treating it as an aftermarket addition, the brand positions customisation as part of the ownership experience, giving customers the option to configure a vehicle according to their preferences.

The V23 forms a particular focus for this offering. Its upright shape, distinctive proportions and clearly defined exterior panels provide space for contrasting colours, graphic treatments and accessories. Customer interest has included colour blocking across selected V23 panels, ranging from pastel treatments to darker wraps extending from the waistline to the roof. Wraps can also be used to incorporate personal designs or company branding without a painted finish. Customers can develop their designs with iCAUR's preferred specialists, who also install the completed treatment.

Shannon Gahagan, National Brand and Marketing Manager at iCAUR and OMODA and JAECOO South Africa, says life is too short to drive a boring car. “We want an iCAUR to feel like an invitation rather than a default setting. We bring the attitude, while our customers bring the personality."

Wrap pricing includes VAT. A full wrap costs (R35 000), a half wrap costs (R18 000), sides only wrap, cost (R12 500), a bonnet only wrap costs (R3 600) and a boot only wrap costs (R3 600). The cost of a wrap may be financed as part of the vehicle purchase.

Interior and exterior accessories are also available, including phone holders, GoPro mounts, roof racks, side ladders and luggage boxes. V23 owners can additionally choose from more substantial body kit options, offered in either a retro influenced look or a more futuristic, cyber inspired character.

The offering uses Avery MPI 1105 Super Cast wrapping film with DOL 1460Z laminate, approximately 100 microns thick, with a stated lifespan of up to 10 years. Wraps carry a three year fitment warranty against popping and peeling, with manufacturer fade cover applying for one year on horizontal surfaces and two years on vertical surfaces.

The material can be removed or replaced later without damaging the underlying OEM paintwork when correct procedures are followed.
