New JMC Vigus will make an impression

Following the official brand re-launch by the Salvador Caetano Group, JMC South Africa announce the arrival of the All-New JMC Vigus.

The new Vigus commands attention with a mecha-inspired front face and muscular body lines, measuring 5 335mm x 1 882mm x 1 834mm.

Inside, the Vigus proves that a workhorse doesn’t have to compromise on comfort. The cabin features ergonomic seats from the world-renowned brand Lear.

It also has a 12.8” large touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and a 9” floating instrument cluster and a two-spoke steering wheel.

Enhanced safety features including Hill-Start Assist (HLA), Hill Descent Control (HDC), and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System.

    Powered by a 2.5L Turbo Diesel engine, the Vigus delivers a maximum power of 123kW and peak torque of 430Nm.

    The Vigus has been validated over 4 million kilometres of intensive testing, the equivalent of circling the Earth 100 times, to ensure it lives up to the promise of unmatched durability, the manufacturer claims.

    The 6-speed manual 4x2 is priced at R399 900. The 8-speed automatic 4x2 retails at R459 900, and the range-topping 8-speed automatic 4x4 is priced at R499 900.
