Mercedes-Benz SA takes V-Class to a new level

Mercedes-Benz Vans South Africa has introduced its most exclusive van yet, the V-Class Special Edition. It will be exclusive for the South African market only, with a limited number build.

What’s new?

Exterior:

The Mercedes-Benz V300d Special Edition comes with a roof box from the AMG range to help distinguish it from the standard Mercedes-Benz V-Class. This brings additional storage space.

The car is surrounded with black trimmings to give it an elevated look of sophistication. The Special Edition still has all the features of the standard V-Class, such as the automatic doors and the iconic Mercedes-Benz diamond grille.

Interior:

The Interior of the Special Edition V-Class is luxurious with ample room for all six passengers, making it possible to move more freely on the inside. You are surrounded by stylish features, including ambient lighting, temperature-controlled cup holders, a 3.2-litre refrigerated compartment and state-of-the-art voice control, which will make Siri blush.

The driver can also enjoy the 15 speaker-Burmester surround sound system, which improves the sound quality of the V-Class. The speakers, as well as bass flex-speakers, deliver a total of 640 W.

Performance:

The Mercedes-Benz V300d Special Edition is powered by a 4-cylinder, 2-litre turbodiesel engine that has an output of 174 kW and 500 Nm of torque connected to a 9G-Tronic Automatic Transmission.

The vehicle has a wide array of safety features designed to keep passengers safe such as Cruise Control, Crosswind Assist, Lane Assist, Anti-Theft Protection Package, including others not mentioned.

Range:

The Mercedes-Benz V-Class Special Edition has a limited number of vehicles.
