Hyundai Automotive South Africa has introduced the facelifted Staria, bringing updated styling, a more refined cabin and upgraded infotainment technology to its premium multi-purpose vehicle range.

What is it?
The Staria is Hyundai’s distinctive MPV, aimed at business, passenger transport and long-distance travel. The latest version is a facelift, with changes to exterior styling, cabin technology and equipment.
What is new?
The exterior gains redesigned bumpers and radiator grilles, a revised horizontal daytime running light signature, new wheel designs and updated rear bumper garnish. Inside, the dashboard has been reworked with larger 12.3-inch infotainment and instrument displays, a redesigned centre fascia and a new steering wheel.
Interior:
The cabin now features larger digital displays, improved fascia design and updated detailing. The new steering wheel and upgraded infotainment system enhance the premium feel, while seating and layout continue to cater for both commercial and passenger use.
Exterior:
The facelift introduces a cleaner front design with integrated lighting, optimised grille for cooling and aerodynamics, and new alloy wheel options. The rear bumper garnish has also been revised, reinforcing the Staria’s distinctive styling.
Powertrain:
All models use the 2.2-litre turbodiesel engine producing 130 kW and 430 Nm, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Price and warranty:
Pricing starts with the 2.2 3-seater Panelvan (R719 900), followed by the 2.2 9-seater Executive Bus AT (R959 900) and the 2.2 9-seater Luxury Bus AT (R1 324900). Warranty cover includes a seven-year/200 000 km manufacturer’s warranty, with service plans varying by model. Roadside assistance is included for seven years or 150 000 km.
