All-wheel drive Tiggo 7, Tiggo 4 Lit now available
Chery South Africa has introduced a new flagship model for its Tiggo 7 Pro range, called the Max and added a new entry-level model in the Tiggo 4 Pro range, the Lit (pronounced Lite).

What’s new?
The Tiggo 7 Pro Max is the first in the Tiggo range with an all-wheel drive-system offering six driving modes: Eco, Normal, Sport, Snow, Muddy and Off-Road.
Exterior:
The new addition also boasts a new visual style. There is a bold, new grille with an intensely accentuated diamond pattern. Crafted from a dark gloss black polycarbonate weave, it's embellished with chrome diamond-shaped highlights.
The lower sill and side intakes have undergone a transformation with new "Angel Wings" LED headlamps design.
The New TIGGO 7 Pro Max takes pride in its unique LED light-up sequence, both in the front and rear, and the range boasts new 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, with an elegant deep-dish pattern on the 2WD model, and the all-wheel drive model flaunts an even larger 19-inch rim.
Interior:
The cabin is illuminated in ambient light courtesy of a stepless LED light ring, which stretches from end-to-end. The star of the dashboard is the 24.6-inch curved hyperboloid immersive screen that provides an ultra-high-definition display. This screen is the hub for information.
The control centre has been redesigned to provide a seamless and intuitive experience with a short-travel, light-touch gear lever and a selection knob for swift changes in driving mode.
The perforated leather sport front seats, now equipped with electric adjustment, while the premium 8-speaker SONY sound system offers an immersive auditory experience.
The new Max comes with eight airbags, a notable upgrade from the six airbags in the standard Tiggo 7 range.
Also new in the Max is its level 2.5 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The ADAS system in this model introduces an astonishing array of 17 intelligent safety features.
Engine:
The Max range power reigns supreme with a 1.6 TGDI turbo-petrol engine, delivering 145 kW and 290 Nm connected to a dual wet clutch seven-speed DCT transmission.
Price:
7 Pro Max Distinction 2WD (R529 900), 7 Pro Max Executive 2WD (R559 900) and the 7 Pro Max Executive AWD (R609 900).
The Tiggo 4 Pro LiT:
Added to the Tiggo 4 Pro range is a new entry-level model, called the LiT priced at R279 900.
Despite its accessible pricing, the New Tiggo 4 Pro LiT retains the unmistakable Chery identity, from the captivating galaxy-themed front grille to the colour-coded and electrically adjustable side mirrors and roof rails.
Inside the New TIGGO 4 Pro LiT's cabin, practicality meets comfort. Fabric-covered seats, manual seat adjustment and retaining the 10.25-inch infotainment screen.
Safety remains paramount, with dual front airbags, ABR with traction control (TCS), electronic stability control (ESP), hill ascent and descent assist, and rear parking sensors.
The New TIGGO 4 Pro LiT also comes equipped with tyre pressure monitoring, keyless access with a Start/Stop button, central locking and automatic speed-sensitive locking doors.
