JHB 905 - Passenger Vehicle Costing Clerk (Mercedes-Benz Experience)
A reputable automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Passenger Vehicle Costing Clerk with a strong background in Mercedes-Benz dealership operations. The successful candidate must have proven experience in vehicle costing, dealership administration, and the Evolve Dealer Management System. Applicants must reside in Pretoria or surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost and process passenger vehicle transactions accurately
- Reconcile vehicle stock and purchase invoices
- Verify all vehicle-related documentation before processing
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements
- Process vehicle sales and purchase transactions on Evolve
- Manage vehicle stock records and reporting
- Liaise with sales, finance, and administration departments
- Assist with month-end procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
- Resolve costing discrepancies promptly
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Costing Clerk within a Mercedes Benz motor dealership
- Previous Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicle dealership experience is essential
- Proficient in Evolve Dealer Management System
- Solid understanding of dealership accounting and costing processes
- Working knowledge of vehicle stock management and manufacturer systems
- Strong administrative and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in Pretoria or surrounding areas
