JHB 903- Passenger Vehicle Invoice Clerk
Our client a leader in the South African automotive industry requires a well experienced Invoicing Clerk to accurately process and invoice all vehicle sales, maintain dealership records, and ensure all documentation complies with manufacturer, dealership, and legal requirements. The successful candidate must have experience using the Evolve Dealer Management System (DMS) and possess strong administrative and financial processing skills.
- Please note: Only candidates with motor dealership invoicing experience on Evolve DMS and who reside in Pretoria or the surrounding areas will be considered
- Process and generate vehicle invoices for new and used vehicle sales
- Capture and maintain accurate vehicle sales data on the Evolve DMS
- Verify sales documentation before invoicing
- Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant
- Process vehicle stock transfers and vehicle settlements
- Reconcile sales transactions and resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Liaise with the Sales Department, F&I Managers, and Accounts Department
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle sales and deliveries
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Assist with month-end procedures and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and financial controls
- Handle vehicle licensing and registration administration where required
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Administration will be advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years' continuous experience as an Invoicing Clerk within a franchised motor dealership
- Proven experience working on the Evolve Dealer Management System (DMS) is essential
- Experience with vehicle invoicing, stock control, and dealership administration
- Knowledge of motor industry dealership processes and vehicle documentation
