The National Automobile Dealers' Association (NADA) announced the appointment of two highly experienced motor industry leaders to its top two positions – Brandon Cohen as National Chairperson, and Thembinkosi Pantsi as National Vice Chairperson.

Brandon Cohen, who works for a JSE-listed auto giant, is a highly accomplished legal and compliance expert. He succeeds Mark Dommisse who stepped down as National Chairperson to pursue a new venture in the Automotive Industry in Kingston, Jamaica.
He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, with a remarkable background in academia and an extensive track record in the automotive industry. Throughout his tenure on various committees at NADA, including the National Executive Committee, Management Committee, Transformation Committee, Motor Retailers’ Forum, and PR Committee, he has been a steadfast advocate for dealers, skilfully negotiating with government bodies, regulators, financiers and other stakeholders on their behalf.

Brandon, who is the Chief Specialist: Governance and Compliance for his company, now also serves on the Retail Motor Industry Organisation’s (RMI) Board of Directors, ensuring that the voice of the dealer is heard throughout the value-chain.
His dedication to personal growth and his passion for tackling complex challenges, position him to lead NADA into a new era of excellence. Thembinkosi Pantsi is a seasoned and accomplished leader in the retail automotive arena, whose exceptional abilities, remarkable achievements and dedication to driving innovation and growth within this sector have earned him this prestigious position. He is currently the Dealer Principal for Hatfield Audi Braamfontein.
As the National Vice Chairperson of NADA, Thembinkosi is poised to leave a lasting impact on the industry, inspiring the next generation of leaders to push boundaries and achieve greater heights.
