Key factors and criteria of the award included quality improvement, warranty and service processes as well as dealer support. In addition, the company was commended for its Net Promotor Score improvement (NPS): a customer experience metric used to measure customer loyalty by gauging how likely a customer is to recommend a company, product or service.

“This accolade is borne out of better co-ordination, functioning like a well-oiled engine, commitment to excellence and exceptional performance all-round. Every gear in our system plays a crucial role in driving our success,” stated Michael Rohde, Hyundai Automotive South Africa After-sales Director.

“This accolade reflects the tireless efforts of our entire after-sales Team and the collaborative relationships we have with our dealer network. Whether it is ensuring quicker turnaround times, enhancing parts availability or strengthening our technical expertise, the focus remains on creating a harmonious synergy that benefits both our team and our customers,” Michael highlighted.

Commenting on this recognition, Stanley Anderson, Sales and Operations Director at Hyundai Automotive South Africa underscored the importance of continuous customer satisfaction, considering the highly competitive South African automobile market.

“The relationship with our customers does not end with the completion of the sale. Our commitment and giving the best service to all our customers, is non-negotiable. As we celebrate this milestone, we reaffirm Hyundai Automotive South Africa’s promise to continue our promise to support our customers and to deliver unparalleled service to our network,” Stanley concluded.
