Stellantis aftermarket brand now available in SA

Eurorepar, a new independent aftermarket brand of Stellantis, has launched in South Africa. Initially designed to cater to the needs of Stellantis (Opel, Peugeot, the Jeep® brand, Citroën, Abarth, Alfa Romeo and FIAT) owners whose initial warranty and service plan period on their vehicles have expired, Eurorepar now offers a comprehensive range of high-quality, cost-effective parts and services.

Price and availability of spare parts have the greatest impact on cost of ownership once a vehicle’s warranty and maintenance or service plan has expired. These factors combined potentially force vehicle owners to seek more cost-effective solutions – invariably away from the original brand.

Genuine parts from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) are what the vehicle was designed to use to a certain specification. But realising the customer reality for vehicles out of plan, Stellantis established a wholly owned subsidiary, Eurorepar, to provide alternative, affordable and approved parts at a fraction of the price of the original.

“Eurorepar South Africa saw a critical need to cater to vehicle owners who were no longer covered under warranty or service plans,” says Stellantis South Africa’s General Manager of After Sales, Russel Dewee.

“By providing tailored support for these vehicles, backed by a reputation for reliability and excellence reflective of its association with Stellantis, Eurorepar South Africa is empowering customers with the confidence to maintain and repair their vehicles with OEM-quality, performance-focused aftermarket parts.”

Eurorepar supplies these quality parts directly for all the vehicles built across the 14 brands worldwide and the seven available in South Africa. By leveraging its global network, Stellantis, which is the third largest OEM in the world, can source alternative parts for all vehicles outside their initial warranty and service plans for at least half the price of the genuine OEM parts.

“Eurorepar offers motorists the peace of mind of OEM-supplied parts, maintaining the integrity of their vehicle while combatting cost of ownership,” Russel says. “This principle allows Stellantis to continue looking after customers for longer than the initial warranty period, adding value into the customer experience.”

“These are the parts you would typically need to service and maintain the vehicle during its lifespan,” he explains. “We have everything from filters to brake pads, glow plugs, spark plugs, water pumps, oils, batteries; anything that needs servicing or replacing.”

Eurorepar does not only support Stellantis brands, its approved parts are also available for other car marques, supported by the same guarantees on price, quality and accessibility. These are all conveniently supplied through any Stellantis dealership.

“We started out on a journey to support our own customers with our own brands and keep them in the family,” says Russel. “Eurorepar offers a robust selection of high-quality parts and services designed to meet the needs of a diverse clientele. This extends beyond Stellantis’s vehicles, ensuring that independent workshops can confidently service and repair various car marques with the support of the Eurorepar programme.”
