Pinewood DMS has several department-specific systems that integrate both with the manufacturer’s (OEM) and the dealership’s way of working.
Each of the systems offers specific solutions for each major dealer department, while working across all different electronic devices, including mobile phones, tablets and computers.
Tech+
One of the most-used apps in the Pinewood DMS portfolio is Tech+.
This technician app helps the workshop manage stock, service bookings, client request and OEM requirements such as warranty claim management and recalls.
The Tech+ app has video integration to help technical staff access specialist knowledge, and it has an easy-to-use time management functionality that helps the technicians to manage their workflow and the dealership to manage billing more effectively.
Host+
Another of the popular DMS apps is the service and reception app, called Host+.
Among the many features of this app is a 360-degree video display for vehicle stock, which is great for selling used vehicles. The app can also facilitate test drive management and it has a system that manages and tracks Internet enquiries, CRM data and order management.
Stock+
The Stock+ application helps dealers manage their new and used stock and sell it more effectively.
This system helps the sales team to respond with personalised videos, and it provides immediate and up-to-date stock management information.
Stock+ also stores all information for later reference and it integrates with the most popular communication methods, helping sales staff to conveniently communicate with prospects by phone or email.
Parts+
Parts+ gives the parts team complete visibility of all stock, workshop jobs, orders, deliveries and internal and external enquiries.
The system has an integrated barcode scanning system, and it allows for conversations between the technicians and the parts department.
Like all other Pinewood DMS apps, this app was developed to intuitively learn business processes. With Parts+ this means the system will automatically issue any prepared parts to the relevant department, without the need to input parts into the system.
