Now available on the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform, the Accounting/Finance and Customer modules each focus on a distinct area of dealership operations, providing deeper insight and automatic reporting to support decision-making directly within the application.
The new modules follow the release of Pinewood.AI's Sales & Stock insight earlier this year and complete the Core Insights tier of its BI module suite, moving dealers from static, manual reporting to live, actionable insight.
The Accounting/Finance module covers financial performance including profit and loss, balance sheet, budgeting, working capital and margin analysis, with ready-made dashboards. It is designed to surface fully reconciled financial data without the need to manually build reports, saving dealerships up to ten hours per week. Metrics are governed and defined centrally, reducing discrepancies between spreadsheets and different users' interpretations of performance.
The Customer module focuses on the complete customer journey, covering sales activity, lead management, conversion performance, customer satisfaction and database quality. It brings together operational and CRM data to help dealers understand how customers interact with the business, identify areas of friction or opportunity, and drive performance improvements, the company says.
