DTSA has noticed the recent media reports regarding the potential merger between Daimler Truck and Toyota and would like to emphasise that some information presented needs to be clarified.

However, as of now, no decisions have been made regarding the final agreement, the timing of the holding company's IPO, the equity ownership ratio or voting rights ratio in the holding company, or the accounting treatment of the holding company, as mentioned in some articles.
