Mahindra to reward customers with return of popular celebration

The Mahindra CareFest is back with a new name, but with the same great benefits for Mahindra owners.

Mahindra Care Fest 2023 76

Repackaged as M-Care CareFest 2023, this service campaign was created on a global level to reward loyal customers and thank them for their patronage.

In South Africa, the M-Care CareFest will run for the whole of February (1-28) at Mahindra dealers across the country. Dealers are equipped by Mahindra’s Head Office with additional support and training to offer vehicle inspections and the best possible service support.

The Mahindra M-Care CareFest service celebration, which was first held in 2021, is an annual initiative by the Mahindra’s technical support team, born at its head office in India and stretching around the globe to every continent, country and dealership.

Mahindra owners can drop by their local Mahindra dealer and while enjoying refreshments and a chat with staff, the dealer's technical team will do a complementary 30-point check-up of various safety, wear-and-tear and mechanical items.

This year, the M-Care CareFest adds an additional 20% discount on all service parts to all vehicles serviced during the month of February.

Owners can contact their local Mahindra Dealership to book the free inspection or do it via the Mzansi Mahindra App (available on Google Play and Apple Store).

Mahindra is also inviting customers to contact them directly. In a recent campaign – called Reach Out to Us – Mahindra launched a dedicated, AI-enabled and call centre supported WhatsApp number. Customers can send a WhatsApp to the Mahindra head office number at 012 661 3161 and follow the prompts to get more information, speak to a Mahindra specialist or join the M-Care activities.
