In a groundbreaking move towards offering a comprehensive, one-stop integrated service to its customers, Absa has introduced an integrated Finance & Insurance solution for dealer partners across South Africa. This innovative initiative marks a significant step towards enhancing customer experience and streamlining financial services.
Absa's solution simplifies the motor comprehensive insurance application process, enabling dealership Finance & Insurance Managers to close deals more efficiently and expedite vehicle releases. This integrated approach provides customers with a seamless and comprehensive outcome for both their finance and motor comprehensive insurance applications. When a Finance & Insurance Manager receives the outcome of a finance application, the Absa Podium displays both the finance results and two motor comprehensive insurance quote options.
Customers can choose from two insurance quotations provided by Absa Insurance Company: one with telematics, which enables them to earn Absa Rewards, and the other without telematics. Absa's integrated Finance & Insurance solution is designed with both dealers and customers in mind. Finance & Insurance Managers benefit from faster turnaround times on insurance quotes, quicker vehicle delivery, and an even quicker payout process. Customers enjoy competitive insurance premiums and gain access to the exclusive benefits of Absa Rewards.
Absa Motor Comprehensive insurance quotes are not limited to Absa-financed deals, they can also be offered for all financed deals and cash transactions. However, the Finance & Insurance Manager must refer to the Absa Podium to review the insurance quotations. Currently, Absa Insurance Motor Comprehensive quotes are available exclusively for vehicles in private use within the South African Development Community (SADC).
Absa is redefining the vehicle buying and ownership journey, creating a more seamless and rewarding experience by delivering more value with less effort for everyone concerned.
