Mercedes-Benz Vans held its annual Agent & Dealer of the Year event to recognise and celebrate the achievements of those who drove the company’s success in South Africa during 2022.
“Reflecting on the past year, our journey was one of remarkable milestones and triumphs, even as we navigated through numerous challenges and obstacles. In the ever-evolving landscape of the competitive South African market, it is the unwavering determination and hard work of our agents and dealers that consistently propel us to reach new heights, year after year,” says Nadia Trimmel, the President of Mercedes-Benz Vans SA.
“By showcasing and promoting our local South African talents and products at this year’s Agent & Dealer of the Year, we aimed to foster economic growth and sustainability, ultimately contributing to the prosperity of the regions we serve. This initiative not only exemplifies our dedication to corporate citizenship but also demonstrates our belief in the strength and potential of local enterprises. At the end of the day, empowering local talent and entrepreneurship is not just a choice, but a responsibility we gladly shoulder as part of our corporate ethos at Mercedes-Benz Vans,” she says.
This year’s event focused on the theme ‘Tales of Triumph’, as the event was spent recalling the many stories of prevailing and prospering in 2022, even in the face of difficulties and hurdles.
