Silverware awarded to the top Isuzu dealerships

Isuzu South Africa recently held its annual awards ceremony where dealerships were recognised for their achievements during 2022.

The ceremony covered five different categories: Top Volume Dealer, Dealer of the Year, Department of the Year, New Dealer Recognition and Long Service Awards. A distinction is also made in some categories between Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) & Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) on the one side and Commercial Vehicles (CVs) on the other.

Here are Danie Opperman (Dealer Principal at ITC Midrand), Shaun Jordaan (C.A.T. Motors), Craig Uren (Senior Vice President: Revenue Generation Isuzu Motors SA), Patrick Casey (General Manager Jacksons Makanda (Queenstown), Billy Tom (CEO and Managing Director Isuzu Motors SA), Penelope Mkhwanazi (Senior Vice President: Revenue Generation Rest of Africa and International Markets Isuzu Motors SA), Ashley Davis Taylor (DP at Meyers Motors East London), Justin Lewis (Managing Director Key Pinetown) and Mark Wilson (owner of Jacksons).

The winners in the different categories were:

  • Dealer of the Year:

LCV Mega – Key Pinetown.

LCV Large – Meyers East London.

LCV Medium – Jacksons Queenstown.

LCV Small – CAT Motors.

CV Large - ITC Midrand.

  • Department of the Year LCV/SUV & CV:

Sales LCV/SUV: Reeds N1 City (Mega), Meyers East London (Large), NTT Newcastle (Medium) and Kelston Isuzu Makhanda (Grahamstown - Small).

Sales CV: ITC Midrand (Large), Bates Motors Shelly Beach (Medium) and Jacksons Komani (Queenstown - Small).

Service LCV/SUV: Key Durban (Mega & Large) and Hi-Way Motors (Medium & Small).
