Renault South Africa recently held its annual Dealer of the Year Awards, acknowledging great performance to the brand within the 80-strong Renault Dealer network.
The top honours in the category for large dealerships were bestowed on Renault Bryanston, while Renault Bruma took home the award for medium dealerships. In the category for small dealerships, Renault Heidelberg emerged as the winner and Renault Bronkhorstspruit secured the top spot in the micro dealerships category.

Muhammed Kayat (Dealer Principal at Renault Bruma): “Renault Bruma is proud to be named Dealer of the Year in the medium category at this year’s national Renault Dealer Awards. This prestigious recognition reflects the dealership’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, operational excellence and brand integrity. He expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the entire Bruma team, noting that the award is “a testament to the hard work, passion and dedication of every team member who strives daily to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.”
Albert Grobler Jnr (Dealer Principal at Renault Heidelberg): “Renault Heidelberg is proud to be awarded Dealer of the year for a second year in a row. This marks an incredible milestone, a true testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence. A heartfelt thank you to every dedicated employee and to Renault SA’s support whose hard work made this possible.”
Hannericke Hoffeldt (Dealer Executive at Renault Bronkhorstspruit): “Carter Renault Bronkhorstspruit is deeply honoured and grateful to receive the DOTY award in the Micro Category. This stands as a testament to the hard work, dedication and passion of our Dealer Principal, Terry Petzer, and the team behind him who have driven the dealership throughout 2024. This recognition not only reflects Carter’s commitment to the brand but also the incredible support and collaboration from the OEM and our customers. The Westvaal Group took the all-important trophy home for Best Overall Achievement. The Motus Renault Group took the honours for the Retailer of the Year as well as the Best Sales Achievement title. The BB Group walked away with the title of Best Overall CSI, while Eastvaal Motor Group received the accolade for Best Sales Quality.
