These award recipients embodied the core values of Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars, demonstrating excellence in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and innovative thinking.
The evening’s pinnacle moment was the presentation of the prestigious Chairman’s Awards, recognising the Best Overall Agent of the Year. This accolade celebrated top-performing partners whose contributions set a benchmark for the entire retail network and went to Mercedes-Benz Constantiaberg.
“While 2024 has presented undeniable challenges, we are proud to have achieved strong and commendable results. This would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our agents, whose commitment has been instrumental in driving our success. Their support not only strengthens Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars in South Africa but also contributes meaningfully to our global performance. It’s a true reflection of the dedication and strength of our network," says Claudius Steinhoff, Co-CEO and Executive Director, MBSA.
"At Mercedes-Benz, we embrace challenges as opportunities — to evolve, refine and elevate our processes. This journey is not one we undertake alone. These awards honour the unwavering commitment and remarkable contributions of our agent network, whose support has been key in helping us achieve our strategic objectives. Inspired by the achievements of the past year, we are focused on shaping the future and delivering #MercedesMoments for our customers at every touch point. The sales growth achieved in recent months is a testament to that commitment, and there is much more for customers to look forward to, Alexandra Boavida, Vice President Sales and Marketing, MBSA, says.
