MAN Truck & Bus South Africa (MTBSA) hosted its 2025 Dealer of the Year Awards, celebrating outstanding performance and dedication within its dealer network.

MTBSA has always been known for being customer centric and living their brand promise of Simplifying Business. In an industry as demanding as freight and logistics, companies like MAN strive to always provide solutions for their customers.

Award Categories and Winners:

  • Dealer of the Year:

The MAN Dealer of the Year is the highest honour that can be bestowed. It’s a reflection of excellence across every category: sales, service, customer satisfaction, team culture and financial performance. The performance across all these metrics is tracked throughout the year and crowned at the gala dinner. This year, the honour of Dealer of the Year went to MAN Johannesburg.

  • Customer First Dealer of the Year:

This category recognises the team that is customer-driven, consistently delivering more than what is required in service to our valued customers, with professionalism and care. MAN Middelburg took home the Customer First Dealer of the Year.

  • Truck Sales Private Capital Dealer of the Year:

The movement of goods is integral to our economy. This category recognises the team with the highest sales performance within MTBSA. The winner is MAN Port Shepstone.

  • MAN Financial Services (MFS) Dealer of the Year:

This category honours the team that ensures customers have access to the funding they need, allowing them to focus on their core business. The winner of this award is MAN Johannesburg.

  • Employee of the Year:

This award recognises an individual who is dedicated to achieving his/her goals while embodying the MAN values. Unlike other award categories, the winner is unanimously chosen by his/her peers. The 2025 award was presented to Andrew Mark, (MAN Bus Sales Department).
