Richard Gouverneur, Managing Director JLR South Africa & sub-Sahara Africa, congratulated the winners and notably JLR Stellenbosch. “Through these awards we acknowledge the significant contribution each winner has made in elevating the JLR brand in South Africa.

“In addition to sales performance, client experience was a key determining factor in the final rankings, as we strive to offer a truly modern luxury experience to our clients throughout the entire ownership journey. All those who were recognised this year excelled in this regard.”

The top-performing retailers excelled in various areas, including conversion of leads to sales, following up on leads percentage, integrated department campaigns in QMP planning, adherence to modern luxury principles and guidelines, and effective capture and use of ROI. The grand prize – the Retailer of the Year award – recognises combined overall performance across all the judging criteria.
