These honours reflect a 12‑month average weighted performance across measurable elements, highlighting retailers who have delivered excellence throughout the year with Super Group’s JLR East Rand dealership scooping up the top title and various other top awards.

Overall performance Jaguar Land Rover East Rand (Super Group) was recognised for delivering consistent excellence across both customer service and sales.
Sales excellence Jaguar Land Rover Menlyn (CMH Group) received the award for outstanding achievement in all sales performance measures.
Customer service excellence Jaguar Land Rover East Rand (Super Group) was also honoured for consistent excellence in customer service.
