Isuzu Motors South Africa (IMSAf) marked its 2026 Annual Dealer Awards in Gqeberha by recognising dealerships who consistently deliver the everyday dependability customers count on, before, during and long after the keys are handed over.
The awards reflect the people and partnerships behind IMSAf’s purpose of Moving the World - For You, it states.
The Annual Dealer Awards recognise performance across Sales, Service, Parts and Finance within in all three segments: Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV), Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) and Commercial Vehicle (CV). While the categories measure results, the underlying intent is to highlight dealers that consistently translate Isuzu’s standards into exceptional customer care, quality workmanship, transparent advice, and reliable support that keeps people and businesses on the road.
Award recipients are identified through Isuzu’s Samurai Sho Programme, a structured performance framework that reviews Dealers across multiple business functions throughout the year. Performance is tracked monthly against a weighted scorecard, supporting consistent standards and transparent recognition across the network.
“Our customers don’t experience Isuzu as a factory or a head office, they experience us through the people who welcome them, advise them, and support them every day,” says Craig Uren, Executive Vice President: Revenue Generation.
“These awards are our way of saying thank you to dealers who consistently live our values and help us deliver on our promise of With You for the Long Run, through reliable support, practical problem-solving and a shared commitment,” he adds.
This year’s recipients reflect what customers value most: accessibility, consistent workmanship and teams who take ownership, often in the moments that matter most. The 2026 award winners are:
