A proud Prishen Ghandhi, Dealer Principal of Hyundai Umhlanga, says part of his dealership’s recipe for success is treating each staff member as an individual and working with all of them to realise their potential.
“My finance and management experience gained in an earlier part of my working career has helped me a lot to manage and motivate my staff,” says Prishen. “Our success really comes from a combination of things. A business is made up of people, and getting them to buy into the business aims. And it is important to get the right people, and the right team.
“I like having one-on-one meetings with my people at the dealership, with the result that I have a highly motivated staff.”
