Human Auto does it again at Ford DOTY

Ford South Africa recently held its annual Dealer of the Year Award ceremony where dealerships, groups and staff were rewarded for their successes. The ceremony was a virtual event.

The Free State- and Northern Cape-based Human Auto Group scooped up the Group Dealer of the Year 2021 for the second time with their Bloemfontein dealership also awarded Dealership of the Year and winner of category A for large dealerships.

A second Human Auto dealership, Human Auto Welkom, was the runner-up in category B (medium dealerships).

The Dealer of the Year awards consider performance across the full spectrum – performance within sales, aftersales, Ford Credit, Ford Protect, PBT and Dealer Standards.
