Stucky Motor Group has extended its FAW Trucks footprint in KwaZulu-Natal with the opening of a new retail-focused dealership in Kingsmead, Durban.
The development is intended to bring the brand closer to the city’s business community, offering easier access to vehicles, parts and after-sales support.
The new site adds to Stucky Motors’ growing FAW network in the region. The Group opened its first KwaZulu-Natal FAW dealership in Newcastle in 2023, followed by Mbombela, Pietermaritzburg, Durban, Harrismith and Eswatini. The Kingsmead location strengthens this presence and forms part of a national FAW Trucks dealer network that now numbers 40 outlets.
Durban’s role as a logistics and commercial hub makes the expansion significant. The city’s port, road infrastructure and business activity mean that reliable access to commercial vehicle expertise is essential for owner-drivers, SMEs and fleet operators. The new dealership is positioned to meet these needs by providing a central point of contact for advice, vehicles and support.
Located in North Beach, directly opposite the Durban ICC, the dealership has been designed with urban and SME customers in mind. Its visibility and accessibility are intended to make FAW Trucks easier to reach for businesses operating in and around the city. The site also introduces FAW’s latest corporate identity, reflecting the brand’s evolving retail presence and creating a more contemporary customer environment.
