The Absa F&I Awards (Finance and Insurance) were held towards the end of last year for the third time, celebrating the achievements and contributions of outstanding professionals in the automotive finance and insurance sector.
The prestigious event was sponsored by Absa, which has delivered its endorsement and headline sponsorship since the inaugural awards in 2023.
The awards ceremony was hosted in conjunction with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), along with various other sponsors, recognising top F&I professionals and dealerships for excellence in customer service, innovation and business growth within the automotive sector during 2025.



Winners were recognised across a range of categories, including F&I of the Year for Small, Medium and Large Dealerships, Group F&I, Industry Leadership and Lifetime Achievement. These awards highlight individuals who drive performance and consistently elevate the customer experience.
The winners in the different categories at this year’s ceremony, held in Gauteng, were as follows:
